A Community that is Great for Families

The Neighborhood at Parrish Manor features sidewalks and paved streets that meet individual concrete parking spaces to welcome you home. Meet with your neighbors at the community clubhouse and enjoy the large deck for special events.

And if the outdoors are calling you, play a game of sand volleyball, grill out in our covered picnic area or grab your poles and head to the fishing pond. You’ll find imaginations soaring in our fenced playground area called Sherwood Forest. Kids can play in a real stone castle, complete with drawbridge, or touch the sky on our large swing set. We have a RV storage area for your storage needs and the community has several playgrounds for kids and adults both to enjoy.

The community hosts several neighborhood events throughout the year. Through our partnership with Nessie Foundation, we have created a community garden to promote fresh food and a receration park to encourage fitness and outdoor play.
