Parrish Manor has several double and single-wide homes that are available for rent. All the homes are under exclusive management by the Parrish family and the homes are in excellent condition and are ready for immediate occupancy.

We have single-section homes that are 2 Bed/ 2 Bath & 3 Bed/ 2 Bath. 2 Bedrooms start at $675/month. and 3 Bedrooms start at $725/month.

Double-wide homes are available in 3 Bed/ 2 Bath and 4 Bed/ 2 Bath. The 3 Bedrooms start at $825/month. The 4 Bedrooms start at $900/month.
