Parrish Manor has several double and single-wide homes that are available for rent. All the homes are under exclusive management by the Parrish family and the homes are in excellent condition and are ready for immediate occupancy. All homes have washer & dryer connections, private parking and no walls to share with neighbors!
Please Note: Pets are not allowed in our rental homes.

We have single-section homes that are Two Bed – Two Bath & Three Bed- Two Bath. The Two Bedrooms start at $695/month and Three Bedrooms start at $750/month.
Double-wide homes are available in Three Bed – Two Bath and Four Bed – Two Bath. The Three Bedrooms start at $795/month and the Four Bedrooms start at $875/month.

Every Home is complemented with a deck, landscape package, curbside trash and recycling, off-street parking and complete lawn care. The homes are totally electric, cable TV is available and water, sewage, trash and recycling services are provided by the City of Raleigh.

Parrish Manor is located within the city limits of Raleigh near excellent schools: East Garner Elementary (2 miles away), East Garner Middle (3 miles away) and Garner High (6 miles away).

The community is less than 5 miles from Wake Medical Center – the county’s largest hospital and only Trauma 1 facility in Wake County and one of only six currently in North Carolina.

Parrish Manor is convenient to numerous shopping destinations. White Oak Crossing Shopping Center is just over 3 miles from the community and features Best Buy, BJs, Super Target, Kohl’s, Staples, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Regal Cinemas Stadium 14 and number other national retail and food locations. Super Wal-Mart is located less than 6 miles from the community and has several adjacent fast food and retail locations such as Walgreens, CVS, Auto Zone, Starbucks, McDonald’s and Bojangles.

Parrish Manor is 1/2 mile from I-40; 2 1/2 miles to I-440 Beltline ramp; 5 miles to US 64 bypass; 6 miles to downtown Raleigh and within 25 miles to Research Triangle Park and I-540. Please view map located in the Contact Us section for detailed instructions to community.
